Richmond Hotel Narita

I recently had the misfortune of spending my Christmas at a hotel near Narita airport. the only positive aspect of my stay was that the hotel had clean rooms and comfortable beds. Additionally, the hotel provided a free shuttle service to the airport, which was convenient for my early morning flight. It was also within walking distance of the train station, making it somewhat accessible for exploring the nearby area.

There were several negative aspects of my stay at this hotel. the hotel staff was inflexible and unfriendly.

We had a great stay at a hotel close to both Keisei and JR Narita stations. The room was clean and stylish, and the bed was comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, even keeping our luggage for a few days. The location was perfect, with only a 10-minute walk to the famous Naritasan Shinshoji Temple. a fantastic experience.

While the room was nice, the small window limited natural light. Additionally, the breakfast could have had a greater variety of dishes and drinks to choose from.

Although some guests reported issues with the bidet in their room, overall the amenities and service provided by the hotel were satisfactory.

We were a family of five and the hotel gave us adjacent rooms, which was perfect for us. The rooms were clean and spacious, much bigger than other hotels we stayed at in Japan. The location was great, with a beautiful temple and a small park nearby, perfect for the kids. It was also a short walk from the Narita Station, making it convenient for us to explore the area. The breakfast provided was basic but satisfactory considering the affordable price. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located in a great area for food, with many restaurants nearby, making it convenient to find a variety of dining options. Additionally, the hotel offers rooms with all the facilities you need, including good gadgets and a comfortable King bed instead of a Queen bed.
